Временно-пропускной пункт «Дарiali» (Казбеги — Верхний Ларс) на грузино-российской границе возобновил работу в ограниченном режиме после того, как угроза стихийного бедствия в ущелье Девдораки миновала. Об этом сообщили в пресс-службе МВД Грузии.

Утром на КПП была организована система раннего предупреждения о стихийных бедствиях. Она регулирует минимальное количество уровней воды и динамику потока в российском участке реки.

В совещании с протоколом МВД участвовали патрульные и пограничные полицейские, таможенники и граничные лица были эвакуированы в безопасную зону. Движение транспорта на Военно-Грузинской дороге временно приостановлено в районах селевых потоков.

После проверки специалисты Национального агентства МВД Грузии подтвердили, что угроза стихийного бедствия в ущелье миновала, и КПП готов к возобновлению работы.

The temporary checkpoint 'Dariali' (Kazbegi - Verkhniy Lars) on the Georgian-Russian border has resumed work in a limited regime after the threat of a natural disaster in the Devdoraki gorge passed. This was reported at a press conference by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs has established a system of staged restoration of border crossings. It also regulates the minimum number of water and dynamic tests in the Russian section of the checkpoint.

In the meeting with the protocol of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, patrol and border police officers, customs officers, and border guards were evacuated to a safe zone. The two-way transport on the Voenno-Gruzinskaya road was temporarily suspended in the areas of the landslides.

After the inspection, specialists from the National Agency of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia confirmed that the threat of natural disaster in the gorge has passed, and the checkpoint is ready to resume work.
