A Tbilisi city court released a man accused of stealing a laptop from stand-up comedian Onise Okriashvili on bail. The 39-year-old Niko Khurtsilava was charged with theft and assault of the stand-up comic. The court set a bail of 5,000 lari. The incident occurred on June 22 in the Vake district of Tbilisi. The accused was released after paying the bail. The case is being investigated under Article 126, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of Georgia ("Assault").
