Details have emerged about a significant renovation project in central Tbilisi involving the oldest residential building, owned by a 17-year-old young man and three other residents who received grants for renovation. According to Georgian Interior Minister Nikoloz Kapanadze, the building owner, Mato Odisharia, stated that he decided to preserve the heritage not for profit but out of love and responsibility for the city. Mato emphasized that the renovation is a matter of collective responsibility and cultural preservation, highlighting the importance of maintaining Tbilisi's historical architecture and legacy.
