A 23-year-old medical student from India, Dhvani Mayur Radjipara, was injured in Georgia following an altercation with armed men on May 14. The telephone conversation lasting more than a minute and a half was recorded and leaked. The incident occurred near Novosti Gruzii. Radjipara was attending a medical faculty course at the Caucasus International University (CIU) in Tbilisi. Over several months, he planned to complete his education and return home to India.
