A de-facto operation took place in the Tskhinvali region of Georgia following the shooting of 52-year-old Russian citizen Anna Tyts near the Lukhvi region. The incident was reported on the evening of May 21 in the village of Zgubiri in the Jav district. According to Russian media, Tyts was found with a group of people. In Tskhinvali, a short film about Russian military personnel fighting Ukraine from the separatist Georgian region was presented. According to preliminary information, a woman was wounded in the area with two shots. During the operation, a water supply pipeline was damaged in Lukhvi. The operation involved more than a hundred military personnel and special forces of the occupied region. This is what TAS reports.
