Буава, как говорит адвокат, живет в Москве, и связывается с родственниками по телефону, не скрывая своих чувств. Буава был найден мертвым в своей собственной квартире в районе Диди Дигоми Тбилиси 27 августа. Два дня спустя полиция провела брифинг по расследованию его смерти.
