"Обвиняемый пригрозил жертве видео к половой акту, угрожая распространить видеоматериалы, содержащие тайну личной жизни, а после получения отказа распространить интимные фотографии жертвы через социальную сеть", — говорится в заявлении ведомства. Задержанный мужчина гражданин Грузии, возраст около 30 лет. Следствие ведется по статьям, связанным с сексуальным харакетером и "посредательством на тайну личной жизни" (части 1 статьи 139 и части 2 статьи 157¹ УК Грузии).

In central Gruzia, a man was detained who threatened a woman with intimate photos and live broadcasts. "The detained man threatened the victim with a video recording of intimate life and, after receiving a refusal, threatened to distribute intimate photographs of the victim through social networks," the police said in a statement. The detained man is a citizen of Gruzia, aged about 30 years. The investigation is ongoing under articles related to sexual harassment and live broadcasting of intimate life (parts 1 and 2 of article 139 and 157¹ of the Criminal Code of Gruzia).
