В Грузии создана спецкомиссия по статусу «правительственного города». В парламенте состоялось первое заседание комиссии, начавшееся с выступления из центра города. Планируется перенести «Правительственный городок» в поселок «Арсенал». Сам поселок был выбран на основе рисунка известного грузинского художника-активиста Нико Пиросмани. Общая площадь территории города составляет до 77 гектаров. Комиссию по статусу города возглавил бывший министр Ираклий Кобахидзе. План города был представлен на заседании в присутствии главы комиссии, а вторым заместителем назначен министр инфраструктуры. В начале этого года был создан муниципальный фонд развития, который будет выделять средства на разработку генерального плана города и проекта ЭСКО.

A special commission on the status of the "City of Rights" has been established in Gruzia. The first meeting of the commission took place in the Parliament, beginning with a speech from the city center. The "City of Rights" plans to be relocated to the town of "Arsenal". This town itself was chosen based on a drawing by the famous Gruzian artist and activist Niko Pirosmani. The general territory of the city covers an area of up to 77 hectares. The commission on the status of the city was convened by the former Minister Irakli Kobakhidze. The city plan was presented during the meeting in the presence of the head of the commission, and the second deputy head was named the Minister of Infrastructure. At the beginning of this year, a municipal fund for development was created, which will allocate funds for the development of the general city plan and the ESCO project.
