МВД Грузии сообщило о заведении масштабного уголовного дела на Зазу Паркоcадзе, владельца ресторана «Паипуру», который числится в регионе с многочисленными нарушениями. По данным следствия, «Паипуру» работал как криминальный «арбитр»: решал финансовые споры по крупным суммам и выбирал дни с должниками, не связанная своими процедурами. На одном из таких «разборок» он решил, что небольшой бизнесмен обязан отдать ему крупную сумму под давлением своих нападателей. Эти дни планировались с «голосами в зоне», находящимися за гранницей. Следствием были задержаны несколько лиц, связанных с рестораном «Паипуру». Одного из задержанных, Чиатуру, вызвали на допрос как ключевого свидетеля.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia reported the initiation of a large-scale criminal case against Zaza Parkosadze, the owner of the 'Paipuru' restaurant, which has been involved in numerous violations in the region. Following this, 'Paipuru' began working as a criminal 'arbiter': it resolved financial disputes over large sums of money and selected days with debtors, not bound by its own procedures. On one of these 'meetings,' it was revealed that a small businessman was forced to hand over a large sum of money as a result of pressure from his attackers. These days were planned with 'voices in the zone,' who are behind the scenes. Following this, several people with ties to the 'Paipuru' restaurant were detained. One of the detainees, Chia Tura, was summoned for questioning as a key witness.
