During the initial part of the 'Caucasian Evening' event, the OSCE's BDIPCH operator mission was selected following a critical resolution. The announcement was made on the eve of the Parliamentary Assembly (PA) of the OSCE's decision to hold a special session in Georgia's capital, Tbilisi.
