Georgia did not join the agreement on the establishment of a special tribunal for the aggression against Ukraine, which was signed on May 15 at the Kyiv summit of the Council of Europe member states. The agreement was signed by 36 countries and the Council of Europe observer. The document is one of the key steps towards the factual creation of a special tribunal that should investigate the aggression against Ukraine with the participation of Russian hands.
