In Tbilisi, over two days, more than 17,000 apartments in the Didube-Chugureti district were supplied with gas from a network of repaired pipelines. The information was provided by the company-operator Tbilisi Energy.
The shutdown began on Saturday, September 12, at 11:00 and affected residential buildings (private sector and multi-apartment complexes), schools, restaurants, and hotels.
Gas supply will resume on Wednesday, September 13, from 11:00 until late evening at 22:00.
No accidents occurred on the gas pipelines in the areas of Tsereteli and Agmashenebeli, neighboring Kosmonavtov, Agladze, Samtredia, Khosharaveli, Tevdore Mgvdli, Bagrationi, Tsabadze, Mirtskhulava, Batumi, Poti, Tsinamdzghvrishvili, and adjacent streets.
