A magnitude 3.1 earthquake was recorded yesterday in the city of Gori. The National Seismic Monitoring Center reported the tremors at 11:55 local time, 53 km from Tbilisi. This is the second earthquake in Georgia since the beginning of September. Previously, a magnitude 3.6 earthquake was recorded in the Caucasus municipality, 60 km south-west of Tbilisi.
