The cargo checkpoint 'Dariali' (Kazbegi - Upper Lars) on the Georgia-Russia border resumed operations in a limited mode after inspection of the railway bridges. This event was reported by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Ministry of Defense of Georgia. All arrangements for freight transport between the two countries have been made, and the customs and border control of the two states operate without interruptions. As reported in the Ministry of Internal Affairs, a signal from the landslide monitoring system was received in the Upper Lars area on the first half of the day. Data was transmitted to the Russian side in the evening. During the meeting with the protocol, the CPP evacuated citizens and all accompanying persons (patrol and border police, customs officers). At the meeting, the Georgian side presented a proposal for all types of transport.
