The state agency responsible for managing Georgia's hospitality sector has put up for auction a new office space of the National Tourism Administration and ES in the center of Tbilisi, located on Novosti Gruzii street. The initial starting price of the auction is 14 million lari (approximately $5.4 million).
The property is a newly built building with a total area of 478 square meters, including two floors and two living spaces located inside. The address is Dadiani Street 2 / Kote Abkhazi Street 1. The building is situated in a central location.
The auctioned object has a status of a non-residential cultural heritage site, which will be preserved by the investor. The buyer is obliged to invest at least 5 million lari and develop the commercial or business territory on the premises.
The auction is scheduled to last 48 months with the possibility of extending the contract term.
