In the second quarter of 2026, the Residential Property Price Index (RPPI) in Tbilisi rose by 4.9% compared to the same period last year, according to official data from the National Statistics Service of Georgia, Sakstat. The index reflects the price changes for residential properties, including many multi-apartment buildings (apartments) and private houses. Over the year, prices for apartments in new buildings in Tbilisi increased by 4.8%, and for new private houses by 5.5%. Compared to the previous quarter, the index grew by 0.9%. According to Sakstat, the value of new apartments in Tbilisi ranges from 3,600 to 6,700 GEL per square meter.
