On June 16 in Tbilisi, the Sky Castle project was presented — a unique hotel-castle designed for Georgian tourists. The hotel is located in the mountainous Gonio region near the Turkish border and offers not only accommodation but also a cultural and historical concept. The design is inspired by the medieval fortress of David the Builder from 1121, when European crusaders helped the Georgian tsar David the Builder to repel the army of Seljuk Turks and began the era of the Golden Age of Georgia.
The developer is a Georgian-Israeli construction company European Village, which is also included in the TOP-10 brands list of Forbes Georgia.
Following the presentation in Georgia, Vlad Abu Khaya, the project initiator, expressed his gratitude and emphasized the importance of this unique cultural and historical project for the development of tourism in the region.
