Authorities from Georgia, the USA, and Poland have launched a large-scale international operation to promote a crypto payment system with millions of daily transactions. The operation involved Georgian customs officers, the US Secret Service, the Central Bureau of Investigation of Poland, city prosecutors from Lodz, and representatives from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia. Coordination of the activities was carried out by Europol and Eurojust. Around 100 followers and operators confirmed high activity on Georgian territory — in residential homes, offices, and transport hubs. Electronic devices and information were seized during the operation, highlighting Georgia's growing role in the crypto economy and tourism sector.
