В Польше задержали гражданку Грузии, а ее супруга объявили в розыск после того, как их 5-месячный ребенок скончался предположительно после тяжелых побоев. Об этом сообщают местные СМИ.
Как передает tvn24, младенца доставили в больницу города Познань 3 апреля с тяжелыми травмами. Врачи зафиксировали многочисленные синяки и перелом костей черепа, при этом, по их оценке, повреждения могли наноситься в течение нескольких дней. Ребенка прооперировали, однако его состояние продолжало ухудшаться, и 8 апреля он скончался.
После выявления признаков возможного насилия медики уведомили полицию. В рамках расследования были задержаны три человека: 40-летняя мать ребенка, гражданка Грузии, а также двое знакомых семьи – граждане Молдовы в возрасте 21 и 24 лет.
По данным следствия, мать на момент произошедшего находилась за границей, а знакомые присматривали за младенцем вместе с отцом, также гражданином Грузии. Установить местонахождение последнего правоохранителям до сих пор не удалось.
Сейчас польская полиция готовит в ходатайство о заочном аресте мужчины и последующем объявлении в международный розыск.
Следствие продолжается, проводится судебно-медицинская экспертиза.
Все четверо фигурантов дела обвиняются в создании угрозы жизни и здоровью ребенка при исполнении обязанностей по уходу. Им грозит наказание до 15 лет лишения свободы.
A Georgian citizen has been detained in Poland, and her husband has been placed on a wanted list after their 5-month-old child died, allegedly following severe beatings. This was reported by local media.
According to tvn24, the infant was brought to a hospital in the city of Poznań on April 3 with severe injuries. Doctors recorded numerous bruises and skull fractures, and in their assessment, the injuries could have been inflicted over several days. The child underwent surgery, but his condition continued to deteriorate, and he died on April 8.
After signs of possible abuse were detected, medical staff notified the police. As part of the investigation, three people were detained: the 40-year-old mother of the child, a Georgian citizen, as well as two family acquaintances — Moldovan citizens aged 21 and 24.
According to the investigation, the mother was abroad at the time of the incident, and the acquaintances were looking after the infant together with the father, also a Georgian citizen. Law enforcement has so far been unable to locate the latter.
Polish police are now preparing a petition for the man's arrest in absentia and his subsequent placement on an international wanted list.
The investigation continues, and a forensic medical examination is being conducted.
All four individuals involved in the case are accused of endangering the life and health of the child while performing care duties. They face up to 15 years in prison.
