В экономическом секторе Грузии фиксируется активизация китайского капитала — представители КНР покупают небольшие отели в горных городах, чтобы самостоятельно обслуживать растущий поток туристов из Китая. Об этом в интервью BMG заявил глава Ассоциации малого и среднего бизнеса Грузии Михаил Челидзе.

По его словам, речь идет не только о классических коммерческих инвестициях в средний бизнес, сколько о создании замкнутой инфраструктуры. «Китайцы сильно активизировались в последнее время. Они покупают много отелей, но не в коммерческих целях. Имея крупный капитал и бизнес в КНР, они открывают здесь файлы, чтобы полностью контролировать турпоток из Китая. Подобную модель используют, например, в Германии. Речь идет о серьезных отелях, и, по моей информации, инвесторов интересуют такие проекты», — отметил Челидзе.

This was stated by the head of the Association of Small and Medium Businesses of Georgia, Mikhail Chelidze, during an interview with BMG.

According to him, this is not only about classic commercial investments in medium-sized businesses but also about creating a network infrastructure. "The Chinese have become active investors recently. They buy many hotels, but not for commercial purposes. They buy tourist facilities and businesses in the PRC, opening dozens of files to fully control tourist flows from China. They use modern models, for example, in Germany. This is really about significant investments, and investors are interested," said Chelidze.
