За январь-август 2026 года правящая партия «Грузинская мечта» получила 2,4 млн кв. метров разрешений на строительство от доноров из Аджарии, что составляет около 40% всех разрешений по стране, сообщает Transparency International Georgia (TI Georgia).

Всего за первые восемь месяцев года на счет «Грузинской мечты» поступило 5,812 млн кв. метров разрешений. Для Аджарии никогда не было столь большого аналитического периода в предыдущие годы: в январе-августе 2023 года партия получила около 2 млн кв. метров, в 2024-м — 2,1 млн, а в 2025-м — около 4 млн кв. метров. При этом в 2025 году партия была победителем большинства выборов, проведенных в Грузии.

TI также проанализировала связь доноров с бизнесом. Из 63 физических лиц, получивших разрешения в дни «Грузинской мечты» в январе-августе, многие были связаны с донорами из Аджарии.

By January-August 2026, the ruling party "Georgian Dream" received 2.4 million square meters of construction permits from donors in Adjara, which accounts for about 40% of all construction permits issued nationwide, according to Transparency International Georgia (TI Georgia).

In total, since the beginning of the year, the "Georgian Dream" party has received 5.812 million square meters of permits. For Adjara alone, there was no year with such an analytical period in previous years: in January-August 2023, the party received about 2 million square meters, in 2024 — 2.1 million, and in 2025 — about 4 million square meters. In 2025, the party was the winner of the most elections held in Georgia.

TI also analyzed the connection between donors and business. Out of 63 physical persons who received permits for "Georgian Dream" days in January-August, many were linked to donors from Adjara.
