Кобахидзе отметил, что протестующие были направляемы иностранными идеологическими силами под видом внутреннего гражданского общества с целью дестабилизации страны. Он подчеркнул, что в протесте участвовало множество НПО и финансистов из конкретных институтов, которые они называют Deep State и «партией глобальной войны».
