В Грузии задержали семью человек, пытавшихся мошеннически присвоить земельный участок стоимостью более 2,6 млн лари (около $1 млн) в селе Гамарджвеба Гардабанского муниципалитета. Об этом сообщает Генпрокуратура. Недвижимость является объектом иностранного гражданина. По данным следствия, в мае 2026 года мошенники представили нотариусу поддельную доверенность, выданную в Грузии. Согласно документу, нотариус подтвердил подлинность доверенности и зарегистрировал ее, они в ускоренном порядке переоформили участок на одного из членов группы. Чтобы максимально обезопасить захваченное имущество, фигуранты подали в реестр фиктивный договор купли-продажи, пытаясь переписать землю на другого своего сообщника. Схему заблокировали на финальном этапе фиктивной сделки.

The document and the registrar were verified, and the power of attorney was confirmed to be forged. The perpetrators performed the transaction on behalf of one of the members of the group. To maximize the illegal acquisition, the fraudsters also forged signatures on the land sale agreement. The scheme was uncovered at the final stage of the fictitious land sale transaction, when the buyer was about to register the land in another person's name.
