Руставский металлургический завод Rustavi Steel официально был приобретен у армянских владельцев грузинской компанией PM Metal. Информация о сделке опубликована в государственном реестре и документах Национального агентства конкуренции, сообщает агентство bm.ge. Процесс передачи собственности проходил в несколько этапов. В декабре 2025 года Rustavi Steel продал линию по производству арматуры дочерней компании Iberia Rebar. А 30 июля 2026 года 100% этой фирмы перешли в собственность PM Metal, принадлежащей грузинскому бизнесмену Георгию Мирианишвили. Также планируется официальное объявление по этой сделке.

Businessman Irakli Rukhadze, associated with the ruling party 'Georgian Dream,' has sold another major asset in Georgia. The deal was conducted through the investment holding Hunnewell Partners. The process of transferring ownership was completed in several stages. In December 2025, Rustavi Steel sold a line for the production of rebar to the subsidiary company Iberia Rebar. On July 30, 2026, 100% of this firm was transferred to the ownership of PM Metal, owned by Georgian businessman Giorgi Mirianishvili.
