The residential real estate market in Tbilisi is experiencing a significant boom, with a record number of apartments under construction expected to be completed by June 2026. According to a recent report by the consulting company Galt & Taggart, a total of 4,503 apartments are currently being built, which is the highest volume since 2022. Of these, 2,279 apartments are scheduled for completion in the first half of the year, and 2,224 in the second half. Compared to June of the previous year, the production of new housing in the capital has increased by 52.6%, with the second half of the year seeing a 22.3% rise.

In total, 22,799 apartments have been put up for sale in Tbilisi during the first half of the year.
