Galt & Taggart отмечает, что рост обеспечивается увеличением числа туристов из ключевых стран. Число туристов из Ирана выросло на 65,1%, из Саудовской Аравии — на 61,9%. При этом число туристов из Турции снизилось на 10,9%. Также отмечается значительный рост туристов из стран ЕС (+12,1%), России (+10,1%), Украины (+49,8%) и Азербайджана (+10,3%). В первом полугодии 2026 года доходы от туризма увеличатся на 2%, достигнув 1,9 миллиарда долларов. По прогнозам Galt & Taggart, общие доходы от туризма к концу года достигнут 4,9 миллиарда долларов, что свидетельствует о позитивной динамике развития туристической отрасли Грузии.

The increase is mainly driven by a rise in visitors from key source countries. Galt & Taggart reports that the growth is largely supported by tourists from neighboring countries such as Azerbaijan and Russia, with visitor numbers from Iran increasing by 65.1% and from Saudi Arabia by 61.9%. Conversely, tourist arrivals from Turkey are expected to decline by 10.9%. The forecast also highlights significant growth in tourist numbers from EU countries (+12.1%), Russia (+10.1%), Ukraine (+49.8%), and Azerbaijan (+10.3%). In the first half of 2026, tourism revenues are projected to grow by 2%, reaching $1.9 billion. Overall, Galt & Taggart projects total tourism revenues to reach $4.9 billion by the end of the year, indicating a strong upward trend for Georgia's tourism sector.
