Купля-продажа автомобиля в Грузии стала значительно проще и быстрее. Агентство Министерства Внутренних Дел запустило сервис дистанционного переоформления транспортных средств — теперь сделать это можно через мобильное приложение Service Agency или на сайте sa.gov.ge. Презентацию новой услуги провела на этой неделе министр внутренних дел Нино Эпремашвили.

С момента внесения покупателем данных продавца (будь то продавец, дарение или обменивающийся владелец) покупатель получает цифровую визу обеих сторон в сервис-центре. Автовладельцу нужно собрать пакет документов, посетить агентство, пройти физический осмотр машины, подписать договор, оплатить государственную пошлину и получить свидетельство о регистрации и номерные знаки (20 лет за номерные знаки, 80 лет за номер и 100 лет за техпаспорт).

Ожидается, что в ближайшем будущем процедура будет полностью доступна онлайн.

Buying and selling a car in Georgia has become significantly easier and faster. The Ministry of Internal Affairs (MVD) has launched a digital service for remote re-registration of vehicles — now the procedure can be completed online through the mobile application of the Service Agency or on the website sa.gov.ge. The new service was presented this week by the Minister of Internal Affairs, Nino Epremashvili.

From the moment the buyer enters the seller's data (be it the seller, donor, or owner), the buyer receives a digital visa of both parties in the service center. The buyer needs to collect a package of documents, visit the agency, undergo a physical vehicle inspection, sign a contract, pay the state fee, and receive the registration certificate and license plates (20 years for plates, 80 years for the number, and 100 years for the technical passport).

It is expected that the procedure will be fully available online in the near future.
