Авиакомпания Air Astana отмечает 15-летие со дня запуска первого прямого рейса из Алматы в Тбилиси. С 2011 года, когда компания начала работу как региональный перевозчик, она выстроила одну из крупнейших и динамично развивающихся сетей маршрутов в Центральной Азии. В пиковый летний сезон авиакомпания выполняет до 44 рейсов в неделю между Казахстаном и Грузией. Только за прошлый год Air Astana и её лоукостер Fly Arystan перевезли по этому маршруту более 270 тысяч пассажиров — это на 17% больше, чем годом ранее. Успех программы показывает, что пассажирам больше не нужно лететь через Стамбул. Авиакомпания соединяет несколько городов прямыми рейсами, включая 25 рейсов в неделю из Алматы.

Air Astana airline celebrates 15 years since the launch of its first direct flight from Almaty to Tbilisi. Since 2011, when the airline began operating as a regional carrier, it has developed one of the largest and most dynamic networks of routes in Central Asia. In the peak summer season, the airline operates up to 44 nonstop flights weekly between Kazakhstan and Georgia. In the past year alone, Air Astana and its low-cost subsidiary Fly Arystan transported over 270 thousand passengers on this route — a 17% increase compared to the previous year. The success of the airline's program shows that passengers no longer need to fly through Istanbul. The airline connects several cities with direct flights, including 25 weekly flights from Almaty alone.
