Министерство внутренних дел Грузии 8 июня представило пакет законодательных предложений, которые существенно упростят правила пребывания иностранных студентов в стране. Новые меры затрагивают систему образования и распределение стипендий между гражданами Грузии и иностранцами. Одним из ключевых нововведений станет введение квот для иностранных студентов. Кроме того, будет увеличено количество участников курсов подготовки по языку, а также улучшен процесс выдачи образовательных сертификатов или сдачи экзаменов в Национальном центре экзаменов и оценок. Дополнительно вводятся квоты на иностранных студентов в образовательных учреждениях. Это позволит университетам получать данные о студентах в единой информационной системе. Через неё университеты получат доступ к данным студентов в единой информационной системе. Реформы направлены на улучшение образовательной среды и облегчение интеграции иностранных студентов в Грузии.

On June 8, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia presented a package of legislative proposals aimed at significantly simplifying the rules for the stay of international students in the country.
