ТБИЛИСИ, 1 апреля – @NGnewsgeorgia. Мэр Тбилиси, генсек правящей партии «Грузинская мечта» Каха Каладзе в 2025 году активно покупал и почти сразу перепродавал люксовые автомобили – иногда всего через несколько дней после сделки. Это следует из его новой имущественной декларации.

Всего за год Каладзе приобрел четыре автомобиля почти на $295 тысяч и €135 тысяч и практически все быстро продал.

Самая показательная история вышла с Ferrari 296 GTB. Мэр купил эту машину за $200 тысяч, а уже через 20 дней продал за ту же сумму. Похожая схема – с Land Rover Defender: автомобиль за $94 тысячи Каладзе продал через 10 дней, снова без прибыли.

Менее удачно сложились сделки с европейскими машинами. Mini John Cooper Works он продал спустя четыре месяца уже дешевле, за €36,7 тысячи вместо €41,7 тысячи. А BMW M4, оформленный на его супругу Ануки Арешидзе, ушел почти на €20 тысяч дешевле через 11 месяцев после покупки.

При этом одна сделка оказалась очень прибыльной: купленный в 2024 году Mercedes-Benz AMG за $150 тысяч через полгода продали уже за $200 тысяч.

При этом автомобили лишь часть финансовой активности столичного мэра. Отдельно бросается в глаза масштаб активов семьи. В их собственности десятки объектов недвижимости: квартиры в Тбилиси и Киеве, дома и участки в Цкнети и Самтредиа, а также коммерческие площади.

Среди движимого имущества – коллекция картин грузинских художников, включая работы Ладо Гудиашвили и Элене Ахвледиани, а также мотоциклы Harley-Davidson и спорткары.

До сих пор Каладзе не объяснил, зачем он покупал автомобили с интервалом в дни или недели и продавал их зачастую с убытками. Известно, что столичный мэр является ценителем редких автомобилей и это его большое хобби. Мэру Тбилиси пришлось оправдываться из-за фото за рулем редкого кабриолета

«Я бы нисколько не удивился, если бы он продавал эти машины из Грузии в Кыргызстан, и в итоге они оказались бы в России, как это часто происходило в последнее время», – заявил в интервью TV Pirveli оппозиционер Давид Мжаванадзе.

Meanwhile, cars are only part of the capital's mayor's financial activity. The scale of the family's assets is particularly notable. They own dozens of properties: apartments in Tbilisi and Kyiv, houses and plots in Tskneti and Samtredia, as well as commercial spaces.

Among movable property is a collection of paintings by Georgian artists, including works by Lado Gudiashvili and Elene Akhvlediani, as well as Harley-Davidson motorcycles and sports cars.

Kaladze has not yet explained why he bought cars with intervals of days or weeks and often sold them at a loss. It is known that the capital's mayor is a connoisseur of rare cars and this is his great hobby. The Mayor of Tbilisi had to justify himself over a photo behind the wheel of a rare convertible.

"I wouldn't be surprised at all if he was selling these cars from Georgia to Kyrgyzstan, and they ended up in Russia, as has often happened recently," opposition figure David Mzhavanadze stated in an interview with TV Pirveli.
