ТБИЛИСИ, 1 апреля – @NGnewsgeorgia. Три турецкие и одна китайская компания хотят построить трамвайную линию в Тбилиси. Это проект мэрии, который соединит бурно развивающийся спальный район Диди Дигоми со станцией метро «Дидубе». Ориентировочная максимальная стоимость работ: 416, 592 миллиона лари (около $155 млн).
Согласно информации на сайте тендера, строить трамвайную линию выразили готовность:

Первый раз тендер объявили еще в октябре прошлого года, но заинтересованные международные компании запросили уточнения. Заявки по новому тендеру с уточненными условиями принимались с 31 марта.
Проект предусматривает подготовку всей необходимой проектно-сметной документации и проведение строительных и монтажных работ по принципу Design-Build. На закупку 11 трамваев будет объявлен отдельный тендер в будущем, после начала строительства линии.
Новая трамвайная линия, протяженностью 7,5 км начнется у перекрестка III и IV микрорайонов Диди Дигоми и пройдет через аллею Давида Агмашенебели к станции метро «Дидубе». На линии предусмотрено 11 остановок, а составы будут рассчитаны на перевозку не менее 300 пассажиров каждый.
В проект также входит строительство депо для обслуживания десяти составов трамваев с возможностью одного резервного.
Инициатива является ключевым предвыборным обещанием мэра Тбилиси Кахи Каладзе. Проект должен значительно улучшить транспортную связь с густонаселенным районом Диди Дигоми, где активно продолжается застройка, но из общественного транспорта доступны только автобусы и маршрутки.

A separate tender for the purchase of 11 trams will be announced in the future, after the start of line construction.
The new tram line, 7.5 km long, will start at the intersection of microdistricts III and IV of Didi Digomi and pass through David Agmashenebeli Avenue to the Didube metro station. The line will have 11 stops, and the trams will be designed to carry at least 300 passengers each.
The project also includes the construction of a depot for servicing ten tram cars with the possibility of one reserve car.
The initiative is a key pre-election promise of Tbilisi Mayor Kakha Kaladze. The project should significantly improve transport connectivity with the densely populated Didi Digomi district, where active construction continues, but only buses and minibuses are available as public transport.
